Qualifications

• Customer service focus and ability to assist customers.
• Ability to execute pricing and signing across merchandise.
• Replenish and restock merchandise to meet customer demand.
• Receive and unload merchandise from trucks and prepare backroom.
• Maintain backroom standards for safety and organization.
• Execute online order pickup from jcp.com when needed.
• Follow merchandising plans to place merchandise on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Execute pricing and signing accurately and efficiently.
• Replenish stock and restock as inventories run low.
• Receive and unload shipments and prepare products for the floor.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized stockrooms and backrooms.
