Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking support staff for a Seasonal Store to assist the Store Manager with staffing, setup, merchandising, and the pack-up/teardown of the store. The candidate will help ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced seasonal environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a flexible schedule.
• Physical ability to stand 8+ hours, climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Store Manager in the staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
• Responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store ensuring maximum sales/profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
