Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a capable individual to support the Store Manager in establishing and running a Seasonal Store. You will help with staffing, setup, merchandising, and closing tasks to ensure a smooth operation and positive guest experience.

Role requires 18+ years old, a flexible schedule, and physical ability to stand, walk, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required to lead store operations during the season.

• Physical demands: standing/walking 8+ hours, ladders, up to 50 lbs.
• Prior retail management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
• Maintains Guest Services, staff development, expense control, shrinkage and merchandising/inventory control to maximize sales/profitability.
