Go! Retail Group is seeking a Seasonal Employee Manager to open, staff, and drive sales while maintaining visual standards and strong operational controls. You will lead a small associate team and deliver a fun, engaging shopping experience for guests.

The role emphasizes being sales-focused, KPI-driven, energetic, and adept at coaching staff to meet performance goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven successful experience as a retail store manager with sales focus.
• 1+ years of retail experience / management experience.
• Proven ability to drive sales and create a customer-focused environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, inventory control and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and giving feedback to staff.
• Hire a great seasonal team and train on customer service standards.
• Manage staff payroll and schedules, including store payroll budget.
• Oversee store operations: banking, inventory, loss prevention and safety.
• Create a high-energy Active Selling environment and ensure excellent guest experience.
