Go! Calendar Holdings, LLC is seeking a Seasonal Employee Manager to open, staff, and actively drive sales while upholding visual standards and operational controls in our store. The role focuses on delivering a fun guest experience and leading a small associate team.

The ideal candidate will be sales-focused, KPI-driven, high-energy, and skilled in staff coaching, scheduling, and merchandising within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven successful experience as a retail store manager with sales focus.
• 1+ years of retail experience / management experience.
• Proven ability to drives sales.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Open, staff, and drive sales while maintaining visual standards and operational controls.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to staff.
• Hire and train seasonal team; manage payroll and schedules within budget.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and promotions.
• Adhere to mall and company policies and maintain safety and loss prevention measures.
