Job summary

The Spirit Halloween store in Melrose Park, IL is hiring an Assistant Store Manager who reports to the Store Manager. You will help with staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store, and ensure smooth operations to maximize sales and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, inventory, and maintaining guest services. The role requires prior retail management experience, a flexible schedule, and the ability to stand

Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience is required.
• Minimum age 18.
• Flexible schedule.
• Able to stand/walk 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
