Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. You will help maximize sales and profitability by maintaining guest services, developing staff, and controlling expenses.

Responsibilities include supervising operations, inventory control, and shrinkage reduction while ensuring effective merchandising and smooth store performance during the seasonal period.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and flexible schedule.
• Standing and walking for 8+ hours; climb ladders; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
• Support the Store Manager in daily operations to maximize sales and profitability.
• Maintain Guest Services, develop staff, control expenses, and monitor inventory and shrinkage.
• Ensure effective merchandising and overall store management during the season.
