Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
• Assist in ensuring guest services to maximise sales/profitability.
• Develop staff and support merchandising and inventory control.
• Control expenses and shrinkage and manage store operations.
