Job summary

BoxLunch in Midland, TX is seeking a Seasonal Key Holder to support the store leadership team and deliver an exceptional customer experience for pop culture fans. You will train new recruits, help meet sales targets, and assist with daily operations and visual standards.

You will lead when needed, drive KPIs like UPT and ADT, process sales at the register, and help maintain stock and merchandising. The role requires at least a high school diploma and a passion for philanthropy and pop culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that will encourage customers to return, utilizing product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Step in and step up when needed, providing leadership support and helping run the store when the Manager is unavailable.
• Understand store sales plan and goals, help drive sales by increasing KPIs like UPT and ADT.
• Cover the sales floor and maintain visual standards; assist with opening and closing the store.
• Work the register, process sales, and communicate shortages or overages to the Store Manager.
• Assist with planogram changes including store layout and merchandising mix.
• Share fashion and music trend information with management and HQ partners.
• Collaborate with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry.
• Help maintain stock room organization and the overall store tidy.
• Train and coach new Sales Associates to help them acclimate quickly.
• Any other activities as assigned by the Store Leader
