The position requires the ability to lift up to 55 lbs, work in a fast-paced retail environment, and supervise or train Store Associates while promoting safety and compliance with company policies.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills required
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities
• Maintain promotional displays and store-front fixtures
• Assist in ordering merchandise, handling damaged goods, payroll, scheduling, and cash deposits
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized sales floor and stockroom
• Protect and secure store assets including cash
• Adhere to safety policies and store procedures
• Support Store Manager in training and developing Store Associates
• Foster a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff
• Keep store bathrooms and floors clean and presentable
• Other duties as assigned
