Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and answer questions about the store and merchandise.
• Complete Guest transactions by operating the POS software and bagging purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies on payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Monitor and recognize security risks and take appropriate action when needed.
• Assist the Operations Manager and Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks, displays, pricing, and transfers.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable to support Buckle’s mission.
