Buckle is hiring a Part-Time Store Support Teammate in Woodbury, MN to help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests. The role involves a variety of sales support tasks assigned by the Store Manager and requires no prior experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and peak holiday days.
• Complete Guest transactions by operating the Point of Sale (POS) software and bagging purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Monitor security risks and thefts and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
• Assist Operations Manager/Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks: displays, fixtures, pricing, and transfers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store to fulfill Buckle’s mission.
• Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and company policies and handbooks.
• Fulfill the mission with high-level Guest service and positive team spirit.
• Handle special projects and other duties as assigned.
