Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Part-Time Store Support Teammate for our Sterling, CO location. The role supports the store team in delivering an enjoyable shopping experience and assisting the Store Manager with daily tasks.

You will greet Guests, process transactions at the POS, stay informed about promotions, assist with merchandising, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment. Benefits and time off are described in the job details.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and the day after Thanksgiving/Christmas.
• Ability to greet Guests and assist with store information and merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Complete Guest transactions by operating the POS system and bagging purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies and security practices.
• Assist the Operations Manager and Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks and displays.
• Keep the store clean, organized and shoppable to fulfill Buckle’s mission.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
