Job summary

At Home Group Inc. in Cypress, TX is seeking Seasonal Team Members to support store operations during peak season. You will assist with merchandising, freight, front-end duties, and customer service across the sales floor, stockroom, and receiving areas to maintain a clean, stocked, shopper-focused environment.

This is a seasonal/temporary role with no guarantee of ongoing employment. Opportunity to apply for regular part-time or full-time positions in the future.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and select holidays.
• Strong verbal, written, and comprehension skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established standards and processes.

• Performs store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks inside and outside the building.
• Completes tasks efficiently within established timeframes.
• Supports inventory accuracy, shrink reduction, safety, and loss prevention initiatives.
