Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Team Member to support store operations during peak periods. You will assist with merchandising, freight, front-end operations, and customer service across the sales floor, stockroom, and receiving areas to maintain a well-stocked, customer-focused environment.

This is a seasonal/temporary role with no guaranteed ongoing employment. Seasonal Team Members may apply for regular part-time or full-time roles as opportunities become available.

Responsibilities

• Assists with merchandising, freight, front-end operations, and customer service.
• Performs cashier and front-end duties, processing transactions accurately.
• Sorts, stocks, and replenishes merchandise per guidelines.
• Maintains clean, organized store areas including stockroom and receiving zones.
• Supports inventory accuracy, shrink reduction, safety, and loss prevention initiatives.
• Delivers a positive shopping experience and customer-focused service.
• Completes tasks efficiently within established timeframes.
• Participates in other duties as assigned by leadership.
