Job summary

Buckle in Monroe, LA is hiring a Store Support Teammate on a part-time, on-site basis. You will greet guests, assist with transactions using the POS system, and support merchandising tasks under store leadership. The role requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.

No prior experience is required; training will be provided. You’ll contribute to a clean, efficient store and help Buckle deliver a welcoming shopping experience to guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly attitude and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Operate the Point of Sale system and bag purchases.
• Assist Operations Manager/Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, shoppable store environment.
• Adhere to Buckle's policies and code of ethics.
