Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is hiring a Part-Time Store Support Teammate at our Beaumont, TX location to help create an enjoyable shopping experience for guests. You will greet customers, assist with questions, process transactions at the POS, and support merchandising and store upkeep.

No prior experience is required. This on-site role offers a teammate discount, bonuses, and benefits after eligibility, with a schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Ability to greet guests and provide friendly service.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to operate POS and process transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Complete Guest transactions by operating the POS software and bagging purchases.
• Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Assist the Operations Manager and/or Visual Merchandiser in performing merchandising tasks, such as preparing displays and organizing fixtures.
• Maintain a clean, organized and shoppable store to fulfill Buckle’s mission statement.
