Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support staffing, setup, merchandising, and teardown of a Seasonal Store in Massachusetts. You will help maximize sales and profitability through guest services and inventory control while developing the team.

Applicants should be at least 18 years old, with flexible availability and prior retail management experience. The physical duties include long hours of standing, ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
