Qualifications

• Prev. property maintenance experience preferred.
• General knowledge of painting and drywall patching.

Responsibilities

• Assist with apartment make-ready procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of grounds and buildings.
• Perform repairs or replacements with Supervisor approval.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Available or on-call for after-hours emergencies when assigned.
