Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and handles change per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare items for the floor.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery and maintain store cleanliness.
• Follow labor laws, policies, and loss-prevention standards.
• Support store shrink reduction goals and safety programs.
• Cross-train to support store needs and other areas as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
