Job summary

Kohl’s is hiring to deliver customer service and execute store operations across freight and replenishment duties. You will handle unloading, stockroom processes and omni-channel fulfillment while greeting customers and assisting with products.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No prior retail experience required; must be 16 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, including unloading truck shipments and stockroom tasks.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Maintain product protection standards and adhere to store policies.
• Support training for new hires on Kohl’s standards and procedures.
