Job summary

The Brand House Collective is seeking a Stock Team Member to assist with freight flow, backroom organization, and salesfloor replenishment. The role requires a sense of urgency and strong organization to support daily store operations.

Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, stocking the floor, executing markdowns, and maintaining stockroom efficiency while upholding the company handbook and branding guidelines.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; stock experience preferred.
• Must be able to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals and procedures.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Must be able to lift 45 pounds or more and perform physical stock tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the process of receiving merchandise safely and efficiently.
• Maintain an organized stockroom and support stock replenishment.
• Assist in product stocking, markdowns and salesfloor replenishment.
• Support driving profitable sales and protect company assets.
• Report to shifts with a positive, can-do attitude.
