Job summary

The Brand House Collective is seeking a Stock Team Member to support freight flow, backroom organization, and salesfloor replenishment. The role requires attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and a willingness to engage with customers as needed.

Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, maintaining stockrooms, executing markdowns, and ensuring accurate price changes while upholding company standards. This position often operates early mornings and requires weekend availability.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary, stock experience preferred.
• Energetic, results oriented and competitive with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to read and interpret company directives, Handbook and Manuals.
• Ability to work a schedule to meet the business needs of the store. (often early mornings and off hours).
• Ability to lift and move 45 pounds or more on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the process of the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner
• Assist in maintaining an efficient and organized stockroom
• Assist in assembling product, executing markdowns and salesfloor replenishment
• Provides support for driving profitable sales, protecting company assets and support of the Company Handbook during their shifts
• Takes personal accountability for individual performance
• When entering the salesfloor, treats customers in a respectful and professional manner; supports company branding by adhering to dress code
• Maintains high commitment and demonstrates support for company initiatives
• Takes initiative during every shift to ensure shipment is processed in a timely manner
• Reports to shift with a professional, positive, can-do attitude at all times
• Demonstrates a commitment to Kirkland’s Home Values
