Job summary

The Brand House Collective is seeking a Stock Team Member to help manage freight flow, backroom organization, and salesfloor replenishment. A high level of organization and urgency is essential.

Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, maintaining the stockroom, executing markdowns, and supporting brand standards on the sales floor. This role requires weekend/evening availability and physical ability to lift 45 pounds.

Qualifications

• No experience required; stock experience preferred.
• Energetic and results-driven with a competitive drive.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Able to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Able to lift 45 pounds regularly and climb ladders.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the process of the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
• Assist in maintaining an efficient and organized stockroom.
• Assist in assembling product, executing markdowns and salesfloor replenishment.
• Provides support for driving profitable sales, protecting company assets and support of the Company Handbook during their shifts.
• Takes personal accountability for individual performance.
• When entering the salesfloor, treats customers in a respectful and professional manner; supports company branding by adhering to dress code.
• Maintains high commitment and demonstrates support for company initiatives.
• Takes initiative during every shift to ensure shipment is processed in a timely manner.
• Reports to shift with a professional, positive, can-do attitude at all times.
• Demonstrates a commitment to Kirkland’s Home Values.
