Kirkland's, Inc. is seeking a Stock Team Member to assist with freight flow, backroom organization, salesfloor replenishment, and price changes. This role requires strong organization and a sense of urgency.

You will help receive merchandise, keep the stockroom orderly, and support markdowns and replenishment on the floor. Ideal candidates are energetic, with a drive to succeed, able to lift heavy items, read safety rules, and work weekends or evenings as needed.

Qualifications

• No experience required; stock experience preferred.
• Energetic, results oriented and competitive with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and manuals.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to read and interpret company directives and manuals.
• Ability to lift and move 45 pounds or more regularly, climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving merchandise safely, timely and efficiently.
• Maintain an organized stockroom and prepare stock for salesfloor replenishment.
• Assist with markdowns and replenishment on the salesfloor.
• Support profitable sales and protect company assets per Handbook.
• Demonstrate initiative and a positive attitude on shift.
• Follow dress code and brand standards while on the salesfloor.
• Stock and retrieve merchandise from stockroom as needed.
