Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, maintaining an organized stockroom, executing markdowns, and ensuring shipments are processed promptly. The position emphasizes teamwork and reliability in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required; stock experience preferred.
• Energetic, results oriented and competitive with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Able to lift 45 pounds or more and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the process of the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner
• Assist in maintaining an efficient and organized stockroom
• Assist in assembling product, executing markdowns and salesfloor replenishment
• Provide support for driving profitable sales, protecting company assets, and supporting the Company Handbook during shifts
• Takes personal accountability for individual performance
• Treat customers with respect and professionalism; adhere to dress code and brand standards
• Maintain commitment and support for company initiatives
• Take initiative to ensure shipments are processed in a timely manner
• Report to shift with a professional, positive attitude
