Job summary

Kirkland's, Inc. is seeking a Stock Team Member to assist with freight flow, backroom organization, and salesfloor replenishment.

This role requires a high level of organization and a sense of urgency to keep the store well stocked and events running smoothly. You will be involved in receiving merchandise, maintaining an organized stockroom, and executing markdowns while supporting the store's branding and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• No experience required; stock experience is preferred.
• Energetic, results oriented with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to lift and move 45 pounds or more on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the process of the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
• Assist in maintaining an efficient and organized stockroom.
• Assist in assembling product, executing markdowns and salesfloor replenishment.
• Provide support for driving profitable sales and protecting company assets.
• Takes initiative during every shift to ensure shipment is processed in a timely manner.
• Reports to shift with a professional, positive, can-do attitude.
