Job summary

Kirkland's, Inc. is seeking a Stock Team Member to assist with freight flow, backroom organization, and salesfloor replenishment while maintaining a sense of urgency. You will help with price changes and product placement to support store performance.

The role emphasizes organization, speed, and teamwork, with opportunities to contribute to merchandising and asset protection in a fast-paced retail environment. A willingness to work flexible hours is expected.

Qualifications

• No experience required; stock experience preferred.
• Energetic, results oriented with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Physically able to lift 45 pounds or more and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the process of the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner
• Assist in maintaining an efficient and organized stockroom
• Assist in assembling product, executing markdowns and salesfloor replenishment
• Provide support for driving profitable sales, protecting company assets and supporting the Company Handbook during shifts
• Take personal accountability for individual performance
• When entering the salesfloor, treat customers in a respectful and professional manner; adhere to dress code
• Maintain commitment and support for company initiatives
• Take initiative to ensure shipments are processed timely
• Report to shift with a professional, positive attitude
• Demonstrate Kirkland’s Home Values
