Job summary

Deckers Brands' UGG division is seeking a Stock Associate for our Costa Mesa store to organize inventory and create safe, efficient stock areas. You will partner with the Stock Lead to receive and merchandise items, ensuring customers find products when they want them.

You’ll work as part of a dynamic team, executing stock processes, replenishing displays, assisting customers with product knowledge, and supporting store operations to hit business goals.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail store management preferred.
• High School Diploma
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team and customers.
• Excellent team-building skills
• Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick, count, and distribute products to stock the store.
• Receive and verify shipments and handle discrepancies.
• Replenish and display product per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Greet customers and answer questions with product knowledge.
• Report to Store Manager and maintain neat stock room.
