Job summary

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays, and the ability to read and follow instructions in English.

Qualifications

• Ability to stock and organize merchandise in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Lift and move merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Safely operate store equipment per policy.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• English literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise to the sales floor and backroom following standards.
• Inspect tagging, boot pairing, and label placement before stocking.
• Maintain clean and organized sales floor and backroom.
• Assist with transfers, returns, and merchandising projects.
• Report safety concerns to management.
