Responsibilities

• Support Cavender's culture and drive our mission, vision, and values.
• Accurately stock merchandise to the sales floor and backroom while following standards.
• Inspect merchandise for quality, tagging, and labeling before stocking.
• Organize back stock and merchandise to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Assist with processing merchandise, transfers, and returns as directed.
• Keep sales floor and backroom clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with merchandising projects and floor moves to support presentation.
• Report safety concerns to store management.
• Be punctual and presentable, following company policies.
• Assist customers by locating merchandise or directing to staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
