Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Stock Associate for our HOKA store in New York. You will receive, store, pick, count, and distribute products, verify shipments, and ensure inventory accuracy while maintaining stock room organization and safety standards.

You will greet customers, answer questions, and demonstrate product knowledge, supporting a positive store environment and brand presentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required.
• 1–2 years of retail store management preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission.
• Excellent team-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick, count, and distribute products and materials to meet store needs.
• Receive and verify shipments; handle discrepancies to keep inventory accurate.
• Assist in assembling, packing, and shipping transfers between stores or distribution centers.
• Follow stock processes and maintain a neat, orderly stock room; ensure safety and deter theft.
• Replenish and display product on the sales floor per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Greet customers on entry, guide to products and areas, answer questions, and share product knowledge.
• Maintain a positive, cheerful attitude and promote the store and Deckers Brands image.
• Report to work on time and notify the Store Manager if late or absent.
