Job summary

Deckers Brands in New York is seeking a Stock Associate to organize inventory, prepare stock areas, and assist customers on the sales floor. You’ll work closely with the Stock Lead to receive and merchandise items, ensuring products are available when customers want them.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude. You will greet customers, answer questions, and uphold brand standards while supporting store operations and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick, count and distribute products to meet store needs.
• Verify shipments on arrival and resolve discrepancies to keep inventory accurate.
• Assist with replenishment and display of products on the sales floor per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Greet customers, guide them to products, answer questions and share product knowledge.
• Support store operations and safety procedures, reporting punctuality and attendance to management.
