Responsibilities

• Maintain showroom ready sales floor through merchandising and straightening throughout the day.
• Assist customers with transactions across in-store, online and mobile platforms.
• Support fitting room operations by greeting and assisting customers and sorting/returning clothing to the floor.
• Keep stockrooms organized and ensure merchandise is properly checked in and ticketed.
• Demonstrate proficiency with store technologies used by the team.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise and asset protection standards.
• Promote initiatives like the Nordstrom Rewards program.
