Job summary

Nordstrom Rack in California is seeking a Store Associate to help customers, operate the POS system, and keep the selling floor, fitting rooms, and stockrooms organized. You will assist with merchandise presentation, cashiering, and customer service across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Work with the team to ensure the salesfloor stays
• Assist customers with a variety of transactions across different platforms (in-store, online and mobile), operating a point-of-sale system, bagging items, and assisting customers with bulky items.
• Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting and assisting customers and sorting and returning clothing to the floor.
• Keep the stockrooms organized and ensure merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed.
• Demonstrate expertise in all technologies used in the store environment.
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise and asset protection standards.
• Promote Nordstrom Rewards program.
