Nordstrom is seeking team members for Nordstrom Rack in the United States. Roles span Sales, Customer Service, Stock and Fulfillment, with a focus on delivering a quick, friendly customer experience while keeping the store clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Keep the salesfloor runway ready and merchandised throughout the day.
• Assist customers at cashiering across in-store, online and mobile platforms; operate POS.
• Greet and assist customers in fitting rooms and return clothing to the floor.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free customer experience by organizing clothing and stock.
• Ensure stockrooms are organized; verify merchandise is checked in and correctly ticketed.
• Demonstrate proficiency with store technologies; adhere to standards and protect assets.
• Promote Nordstrom Rewards program and other initiatives.
• Receive, unload freight, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill and ship customer orders following quality and packing standards.
• Use inventory systems to process shipments; maintain selling floors and stockrooms.
• Support store operations, events, backroom organization, markdowns and fixture relocation.
