Responsibilities

• Keep the salesfloor runway ready with re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day.
• Assist customers at cashiering across in-store, online and mobile platforms using a POS system.
• Support fitting rooms by greeting customers and returning clothing to the floor.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free customer experience by sorting items to the salesfloor.
• Keep stockrooms organized and merchandise checked in and properly ticketed.
• Demonstrate proficiency with technologies used in-store operations and promote Nordstrom Rewards.
