Job summary

Nordstrom Rack is seeking a flexible team member to deliver a quick, friendly shopping experience across salesfloor, fitting rooms and stock areas. You’ll assist customers, operate the POS system, and help keep racks, floors and stockrooms tidy.

This role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork and the ability to adapt to different store areas while promoting Nordstrom Rewards and the brand’s inclusive atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Customer service-focused, able to assist customers across platforms.
• Efficient at cashiering and handling transactions.
• Experience with stock movements and store merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Keep salesfloor runways tidy and replenished throughout the day.
• Assist customers at checkout across in-store, online, and mobile platforms.
• Support fitting rooms by greeting customers and routing items back to floor.
• Maintain clean, organized stockrooms and ensure items are ticketed correctly.
• Demonstrate proficiency with in-store technology and POS systems.
