Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring a Merchandiser to maximize inventory, stock displays, and support online orders. You will greet customers, build relationships, and provide product knowledge while working a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.

Prior retail experience and familiarity with POS systems are preferred. This role emphasizes safety, compliance with alcohol laws, and collaboration with store management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and support online orders, including fulfillment and curbside/delivery as needed.
• Greet customers, build relationships, and inform about products and services to deliver personalized service.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
