Total Wine & More is seeking a Merchandiser to join our store team in a flexible-capacity role. You will maximize inventory, assemble displays, and support online orders and curbside pickup while delivering friendly, product-knowledgeable service to customers.

You will also participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to deepen product knowledge and help customers find the right selections. A flexible schedule including evenings/weekends is required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Mansioni

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps.
• Greet customers, engage to build relationships, and inform about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure a safe and compliant store environment and adherence to laws on alcohol sale.
• Load and deliver orders safely if delivery is an essential function.
