Brobston Group is seeking a detail-oriented Seasonal Retail Operations Associate in New York, delivering excellent customer experiences while supporting store functions.

This temporary role lasts up to three months and covers shipping/receiving, stockroom, cash office, and administrative tasks to keep daily operations smooth.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail operations experience in a support, customer service, or sales capacity.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Able to multitask and prioritize.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Professional conduct and passion for the product.

Responsibilities

• Maintain office, facilities, and associate grooming supplies, and coordinate supply replenishment.
• Support shrink reduction, inventory preparation, and efficient store processes.
• Process incoming and outgoing merchandise and handle shipping, transfer, inventory, and vendor documents.
• Execute accurate cash office processes and support point-of-sale audit compliance.
• Coordinate accessory repairs, engraving, and embossing services with external vendors.
• Work with Accounts Payable to ensure invoices are approved promptly and correctly.

• Able to stand and walk during shifts, lift approximately 20 pounds, and pack, unpack, and move stock.
