Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Stock Associate to organize inventory and maintain safe, efficient stock areas within our Chicago store. You’ll partner with the Stock Lead to receive and merchandise items, ensuring customers find the products they want when they want them.

You will operate as part of a dynamic team, greet shoppers, answer questions with product knowledge, and help replenish floor stock while upholding Visual Merchandising standards and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick, count, and distribute products and materials.
• Help replenish and display product on the sales floor per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and direct them to products and areas.
• Verify shipments on arrival and resolve discrepancies to keep inventory accurate.
• Maintain a neat, orderly stock room and follow stock processes and safety measures.
