Our Seasonal Stock Teammates ensure our stores are stocked during peak seasons, maintaining product availability for customers. Responsibilities include processing shipments, replenishing stock, managing markdowns, and merchandising to meet brand standards. Minimum Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Flexible schedule availability
• Willingness to learn new technology (computers, mobile devices)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role

• Experience in warehouse or inventory management (preferred but not required)

Role Purpose

The Stock Associate contributes to sales by ensuring efficient merchandise flow from stockroom to sales floor, adhering to SOPs, and supporting the Store Manager. In their absence, they may assume Sales Specialist duties.

• 0-3 months retail experience in sports/apparel & footwear
• Flexible to work holidays, nights, weekends

Physical Requirements

• Handle products up to 25 lbs/12 kg
• Move about store for extended periods
• Access all store areas
