Our Seasonal Stock Teammates keep the store running smoothly during busy seasons, ensuring products are available for customers. Responsibilities include maximizing selling potential by managing merchandise flow from stockroom to sales floor, adhering to SOPs, and maintaining brand standards for shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. Ideal for those seeking to earn and stay active during summer or holiday breaks.

We Count On Our Stock Teammates To

• Process merchandise shipments
• Replenish the sales floor
• Manage markdowns, re-ticketing, stock transfers, and damaged goods
• Keep the stockroom and sales floor organized and clean

Minimum Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Available to work flexible schedules
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, mobile devices)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role

• Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role (preferred but not required)

Role Purpose

The Stock Associate contributes to sales and KPIs by ensuring efficient merchandise flow from stockroom to sales floor. Reporting to the Store Manager, they execute SOPs for shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising, and may serve as Sales Specialist in their absence.

• Manage product flow to/from the sales floor
• Support omni-channel requests following UA processes

• Model UA service standards and communicate brand messages
• Maintain visual standards for merchandise presentation

Retail Operations

• Achieve productivity standards for shipment, replenishment, markdowns, and cycle counts
• Maintain stockroom SOPs for efficient merchandise handling
• Follow safety and Loss Prevention policies

Qualifications

• Basic numeracy, literacy, listening, and communication skills
• Fluency in the local language

Requirements

• 0-3 months experience in sports/apparel retail
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends

Physical Requirements

• Ability to handle products up to 25 lbs/12 kg
• Ability to move about store for extended periods
