Job Highlights

$16.75 - $18.83 per hour!

Our Seasonal Stock Teammates ensure smooth store operations during peak seasons, maintaining product availability for customers. Responsibilities include maximizing sales potential through efficient merchandise flow from stockroom to sales floor, following SOPs, and upholding brand standards for shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

• Process merchandise shipments
• Replenish the sales floor
• Manage markdowns, re-ticketing, stock transfers, and damaged goods
• Keep stockroom and sales floor organized and clean

Minimum Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Flexible schedule availability
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, mobile devices)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse or inventory management (preferred, not required)

Role Purpose

The Stock Associate contributes to store sales and KPIs by managing merchandise flow from stockroom to sales floor, adhering to SOPs, and supporting the Store Manager. In the absence of the Sales Specialist, the Stock Associate will assume those responsibilities.

Qualifications

Requirements

• 0-3 months retail experience in sports/apparel & footwear
• Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, nights, weekends

Physical Requirements

• Ability to handle products up to 25 lbs/12 kg
• Ability to move about store for extended periods
• Access to all store areas
