Position Summary

Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc. Set up, stock, and maintain work areas. Input orders into cash register system and collect payment from customers. Take orders, record in MICROS system, and prepare food and coffee beverages. Ensure appliances are turned on/off at appropriate times. Bus coffee cart areas and tables. Clean dishes, utensils, work areas, tables, and equipment throughout the day. Obtain change required for expected business level. Count bank at end of shift, complete cashier reports, resolve discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank.

Follow all company policies and safety procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions; complete safety training. Maintain a professional appearance, confidentiality, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge guests, address needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests sincerely. Communicate clearly and professionally. Develop positive relationships and support team goals. Adhere to quality standards. Read and verify information in various formats. Visually inspect tools and equipment for defects. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 25 pounds. Use fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Navigate narrow or elevated spaces, stairs, and ramps. Reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Perform other duties as requested.
