Bartender - Pelican's on the Bay (Seasonal - On Call)

Hyatt is seeking a skilled bartender to join Pelican's on the Bay, a seasonal, on-call position. The role involves preparing and serving beverages, offering personalized recommendations, and maintaining an attractive and sanitized bar environment. Candidates should be familiar with current mixology trends, bar equipment, and sanitation standards, and must understand state and local serving guidelines.

Key Details:

• Part-time, seasonal position ending mid-September
• Hourly rate: $17.25
• Availability required on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year bartender experience
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Physical stamina to lift moderate weights and stand for long periods
• RBS Training Card preferred
