Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking seasonal Cooks for Allianz Field in Saint Paul, Minnesota. You will prepare dishes according to recipes and chef specifications in a fast-paced stadium kitchen.

The role offers weekly pay, flexible schedules, and opportunities for training and advancement, with benefits included for eligible team members. Candidates must be 18+ and have at least 1 year in back-of-house foodservice.

Qualifications

• Understanding recipes and food abbreviations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Ability to follow procedures, take directions, and work in a team.
• Basic math skills for recipe measurements and proportions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of experience in a back-of-house foodservice position.

Responsibilities

• Follow assignments for opening and closing procedures, as well as food production.
• Prepare food and beverage products following recipe guidelines, using proper preparation techniques, and sanitation guidelines.
• Set up and operate kitchen equipment.
• Keep workstation and equipment clean, organized, and sufficiently stocked.
