Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a seasonal Barback for The Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts Frontyard Holiday Festival in Orlando. The role backs up bartenders, restocks products, and ensures compliance with alcohol dispensing policies during events. Attendance must be excellent and availability for events is required.

The position pays an hourly rate of $18.00 and is eligible for tips. Seasonal role from November 9, 2026 to January 14, 2027, with open status until December 25, 2026.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
• Clear and respectful communication with guests and staff.
• Possess a valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state regulations.
• Ability to calculate basic math functions related to product inventory.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume bar capacity preferred.
• Ability to work in an outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock bar with beverages, ice, and supplies; restock as needed.
• Draft beer and pour wine for guest orders; assist bartenders with supplies.
• Ensure equipment is operable and bar area is clean before events.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and sanitation per procedures.
• Recognize guests who are visibly intoxicated and alert bartenders.
• Uphold sanitation, health, and safety standards; maintain attendance.
