Coastal Farm in Lacey, WA is seeking a seasonal Retail Associate to deliver top‑notch customer service, assist shoppers, and support merchandising, pricing and signings. This role emphasizes sales, housekeeping and loss prevention in line with store standards.

The position includes a retention bonus for eligible employees who complete the seasonal assignment, as well as routine duties such as greeting customers, answering questions, restocking, cleaning and collaborating with team members.

• Maintain knowledge of promotions and product information.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.
• Help in other departments when needed.
• Perform daily cleaning – vacuuming, replacing trash bags, sweeping.
• Other duties assigned as needed.

This seasonal position includes a retention bonus for eligible employees who successfully complete the seasonal assignment.

Primary Purpose

To be responsible for maintaining customer service as per company standards, generating sales, housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, point of sale operations, processing freight, and loss prevention in adherence to all company policies and store standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer, answer customer questions, and help customers find
• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Constant radio communication with all associates.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the products Coastal Farm sells.
• Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge information and merchandise promotions.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.
